  • International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. All orders must be shipped within the United States.

In accordance with Ohio state law, sales tax will be applied to all applicable orders shipped to customers. The current sales tax rate for Middletown, Ohio is 7.25%. This rate includes both state and local taxes.
