   In the event that an item is out of stock but available for back order, customers will be notified at the time of purchase.

     Customers will receive an estimated delivery date for back-ordered items. If the item cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe (typically 30 days), customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund.

     Payment for back-ordered items will not be processed until the item is ready to ship.

Tax Policy
In accordance with Ohio state law, sales tax will be applied to all applicable orders shipped to customers. The current sales tax rate for Middletown, Ohio is 7.25%. This rate includes both state and local taxes.
