BOOKING AGREEMENT - READ BEFORE YOU BOOK A SERVICE 

Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC is dedicated to providing a positive and transparent experience for all our clients. This Customer Service Policy outlines our commitment to customer satisfaction, our service standards, and the guidelines by which we operate.

  • Entertainment Purpose: The Customer acknowledges and agrees that all services provided by Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC, including but not limited to psychic readings, are intended solely for entertainment purposes and should not be relied upon for personal, legal, medical, financial, or professional decision-making. Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information or advice provided during such sessions. The Customer further agrees that any decisions, actions, or interpretations made based on the information provided are made entirely at their own risk and discretion. Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC expressly disclaims all liability for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on information or services provided.

  • No Professional Advice: The Customer acknowledges and agrees that psychic readings and other services provided by Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC do not constitute or substitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other regulated professional services. The Customer agrees that for any serious, health-related, legal, or financial concerns, they will seek advice from qualified professionals licensed in their respective fields. Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC disclaims any liability for any action or inaction taken by the Customer in reliance upon the services provided.

  • Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: The Customer must provide a minimum of two (2) hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling within the twenty-four (24) hours preceding the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide such notice may result in the forfeiture of any fees paid. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to medical emergencies or other significant, documented impediments to attendance, the Customer may submit a written request for an exception to this policy. Approval of any such exception is at the sole discretion of Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC and may require supporting documentation.

  • Refunds/Credit Policy: In the event that the Customer cancels a service within the allowable cancellation period, a full refund, including all applicable taxes, fees, and other charges, will be processed in accordance with Ohio consumer protection laws. Refunds will be processed within ten (10) to twelve (12) business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC reserves the right to issue a refund in the original payment method used. If the customer wish to request a credit instead of a refund, a one-time credit toward future services will be issued. Such credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire six (6) months from the date of issuance. It is the Customer’s responsibility to redeem any credits before expiration, and Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC is not responsible for tracking credit expiration dates. 

  • No-Show Policy: In the event of a 'No-Show' (defined as the Customer's failure to attend, reschedule, or cancel their appointment in accordance with the Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy), Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC will make reasonable attempts to contact the Customer using the phone number, email, or text message provided at the time of booking. If there is no response from the customer within three (3) business days following the missed appointment, we reserve the right to retain the full payment for the scheduled service. However, documented medical emergencies or other significant impediments may allow for a one-time credit request, valid for six (6) months from the original appointment date.

  • Quality Assurance and Service Guarantees: At Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC, we aim to ensure that our services provide satisfaction to our clients. We are committed to maintaining a positive environment and providing high-quality experiences. While we strive to meet client expectations, please understand that we cannot guarantee specific outcomes related to the services offered.
  • Booking System Notification: Customers will receive an email regarding their bookings, which may include confirmations (along with a copy of the policy), rescheduling details, cancellations, credit issuance information, credit expiration dates, or other notifications from “YouCanBookMe Ltd.” (collectively referred to as the Booking Platform) and The Company. It is recommended that customers verify their contact information to ensure they receive these notifications promptly.

  • In-Person Cash Payments: Customer acknowledges that refunds are not applicable to in-person sessions. Upon the advisor's preparation and initiation of the session, the service shall be deemed to have commenced.

  • Age Requirement: The Customer hereby affirms that they are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

  • Cash Payment Policy: For in-person (walk-in) cash payment appointments, the Customer agrees to remit the exact cash amount required at the time of service.

  • Confidentiality: Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of the Customer’s personal information. The Company will not disclose, share, or sell any Customer information to third parties without the Customer’s explicit, written consent, except as required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority. By using the Company’s services, the Customer consents to the collection, storage, and use of their personal data in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable data protection laws, where applicable.

  • Liability Waiver: The Customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected to the services provided, including but not limited to psychic readings, whether arising from negligence, breach of contract, or otherwise. The Customer further acknowledges that Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC does not practice medicine, law, or any other regulated professional services and expressly disclaims any liability related to the use of its services for such purposes.

  • Truth and Disclosure: The Customer acknowledges that Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC has provided full and transparent disclosure of its booking policies, including cancellation, rescheduling, refunds, and credit policies, via its website and booking confirmation emails. By proceeding with any booking, the Customer agrees to the terms outlined in these policies and accepts full responsibility for understanding and complying with them. The Company shall not be held liable for any misunderstandings or claims arising from the Customer’s failure to review or comprehend the terms. The Customer acknowledges that this Policy has been presented in its entirety prior to the initiation of services. By proceeding to utilize services offered by Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC, the Customer confirms their explicit assent to the terms outlined in this Policy, thereby creating an enforceable agreement

  • Entire Agreement: This Policy establishes a binding agreement between Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC and the Customer. By utilizing Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC's services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth herein, recognizing that this Policy is legally enforceable and that the Customer has read, understood, and accepted all provisions stated. This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to this Policy shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and the Customer hereby consents to such jurisdiction. If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. By signing or otherwise agreeing to this Policy, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and understood the entire policy, including the limitation of liability and the governing law provisions, and agrees to be bound by its terms. 

The company accepts a variety of payment options, including major credit cards, exact-amount cash, PayPal, and Cash App.
