Booking and Rescheduling Policy

Booking and Availability

Prospective clients should be aware that certain advisors may not provide in-person services in their jurisdiction. We recommend contacting Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC to confirm the availability of online or in-person services.

Scheduling Services

Customers can book services through our platform from 9:00 AM to 11:45 PM for the next available day. We accept in-person appointments based on availability, but customers must pay the exact cash amount and notify us in advance, as per our online booking terms of service. For any online bookings and scheduling, the company will automatically send an email with video-session link to confirm your scheduled session.

Corporate Office Hours

Our office hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Hours may change. All platform users must comply with these hours for service bookings and inquiries.

After-Hours Service

We offer after-hours services with the condition that payment is made in exact cash. For after-hours services, please contact us directly upon arrival at the agreed location.

Emergency Immediate Service Request Surcharge

We provide urgent services outside of regular hours for a surcharge:

  • Surcharge Amount: A $10 surcharge is added to services requested after 11:45 PM.
  • Example: A $55 Reiki Healing session with a $10 surcharge totals $65.
  • Definition: An "immediate need" requires urgent action and cannot wait for normal business hours.

Call for Emergencies: In case of an emergency, customers should contact 911 directly.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

Notice Period: Customers must provide a cancellation notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled service or delivery date.

Refunds:

  • Clients may cancel their appointments up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. This applies to appointments booked on the same day or scheduled up to five days in advance. Refunds or store credits will be issued according to our existing terms.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method and processed within 10–12 business days, excluding holidays. 

Store Credits:

  • Store credits issued for late cancellations must be used within 6 months from the date of issuance.
  • Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Payment Methods:

  • We accept payments via Cash-APP and/or PayPal.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days of the cancellation notice. 

Chargebacks:

  • To avoid chargebacks, please contact our customer service team to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.

Compliance:

  • This policy complies with Ohio Consumer Protection Law and other relevant regulations.

No-Show Policy

Definition and Consequences

A "no-show" is defined as a customer who misses or does not cancel their appointment within the required time-frame. If a customer fails to attend or reschedule, Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC retains the right to charge the full appointment fee.

Exceptions for Emergencies

In cases of documented medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, customers may request a one-time credit toward future services.


Electronic Signature and Communication

E-Sign Consent

By consenting to use our services, you agree to receive electronic communications, including notices, disclosures, and documents, as allowed under Ohio law (O.R.C. 1306.06).

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications at any time; however, withdrawal may result in the termination of services.


In-Person Payments, Sessions, and Refunds

For in-person appointments, customers must pay the exact amount in cash. No refunds will be issued once the session starts.


Liability Disclaimer

Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological services. Our services are intended for informational and educational purposes only. Customers are encouraged to consult with licensed professionals for any medical, legal, financial, or psychological matters.

Limitation of Liability

In no event, whether as a result of breach of contract or warranty, tort liability (including negligence), or under any other legal theory, shall the Company be liable for any incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, special or indirect damages or losses whatsoever including, but not limited to, loss of profit, savings, revenue, interest or investments, loss of goodwill, cost of capital, cost of substitute equipment, facilities or services, downtime costs, or claims of customers.


Privacy and Recordings

Recording of Sessions

We reserve the right to record video or audio of sessions for quality control and training purposes. Customers will be informed prior to any recording. Recordings will be kept secure and may be shared with customers upon request.

Prohibition on Customer Recordings

Customers may not record sessions without prior written consent. Unauthorized recordings may result in termination of services.


Refunds, Credits, and Store Policies

Refunds for Online Services

Online readings or healing services canceled within the allowable cancellation period will be refunded in full. In-person services, PDF products, or sessions with follow-up video sessions are not refundable once initiated.

Store Credit Conditions

Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and expire 6 months from the issuance date. Customers are responsible for keeping track of expiration dates.


Advisors' Independent Contractor Status

All advisors are independent contractors, not employees of Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC. Advisors bear full responsibility for their tax obligations and must ensure they comply with Ohio's regulations for independent service providers.


Health and Safety Standards

Health and Safety Compliance

Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC complies with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations applicable to the services offered. Customers are encouraged to disclose any health concerns prior to an in-person session to ensure a safe environment. If a customer is ill or experiencing symptoms that could affect others' safety, the customer must reschedule their appointment.

The standards help reduce the likelihood of financial data and identity theft, fraudulent payments and unauthorized transactions.

Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC does not guarantee any specific outcome from the services provided, whether it’s divination, energy healing, or any other spiritual service. Services are intended to guide and support, not to provide concrete, factual results.


Force Majeure Clause

The company will not be liable for failure to perform under circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, or technological failures.In addition to the typical force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, etc.), this clause now includes unforeseen government restrictions, pandemics, and technological disruptions. These events will not be considered a breach of contract and will provide a reason for delaying or modifying the service delivery timelines.

Severability

Severability Clause

If any part of this agreement is found to be unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions of the agreement shall continue in full force and effect, as the unenforceable clause will be considered severable.


Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any legal disputes arising from this agreement will be governed by Ohio state law. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Middletown, Ohio, and acknowledge that such courts have the authority to hear disputes arising out of this contract. The Parties will use all reasonable efforts to solve any controversy that may arise from this Agreement amicably at senior management levels of both parties. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably shall be settled at the court of Middletown, Ohio. 


Consumer Protection Compliance

Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC fully complies with Ohio's Consumer Protection Laws, including ensuring the clarity of our policies and offering transparent, fair practices.
